Nice beach but not the nicest in the area. Very cramped for space. We hired sunbeds at €10 for two. We got up to get some lunch from their beach bar and were rudely told we couldn't have our sunbeds back despite having paid for the day. Literally the second you take one toe off the bed they come over and ask if you are leaving.

My advice is go and have a look and take a photo but go somewhere else for the day. There are plenty of beautiful less crowded beaches who do not charge for use of sunbeds and umbrellas as long as you buy a drink from them.

Very nice beach. It has a hole in a big rock which you can walk through and get to a smaller similar beach. There are sunbeds which you can rent for €10 per set, but there aren't any umbrellas because the beach is mostly in the shade. There is a canteen there, too, but it's not worth buying anything because the prices are outrageous. You're better off bringing your own food and drinks.

Superb beach but greedy greek made us never return there. We've been to this place for many years in a row, paying for the sunbeds at the only beach bar available. Our routine was to go for lunch at the tavern on the cliff, leave the sunbeds with the towels on, and then return after 1-2 hours. After many years of doing this, to our suprise we were asked to take all our stuff and when we would return they would try to find another pair of sunbeds for us. When asked what difference it makes for them since we paid the 20 euro for the sunbeds for the entire day, it was apparent that they wanted to rent the sunbeds to someone else with no guarantee that we would have sunbeda when we'd return. When challenged and while asking for our money back they suddenly changed attitude and the rule went away. We decided to leave and never return there during season. Never felt so unwelcomed. Good luck greedy greek tavern owner, you'll surely find enough people to fill your pockets but. you wont be getting ours ever again.

A beautiful but tiny beach which gets extremely packed in summer. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit the beach bar right in Milopotamos. Unfriendly staff, overpriced drinks and extremely low quality food. Better buy your meals from the taverna uphill. Toilets are dirty and there is no gap between the sunbeds on the beach!!

Well worth a trip to see the stunning blue waters. It was windy when we went, but still worthwhile as it's very gorgeous. But head there early as it gets busy! So many Instagrammers taking photos of the famous arch. There's also a fairly easy hike across to Limnionas Beach from here too (about 30 min walk I'd say).

A Two-section sandy beach easily accessible by a paved road. Just take a short trail down from the parking lot. Make sure to arrive early and not on a busy day ( like weekend ... ) as the beach is rather small but with a fantastic view.

You can get sun beds and also there is a beach bar for drinks.

A the end of the parking lot there is a must-visit fish restaurant. Very recommended for lunch.

On the side of the Aegean Sea Mylopotamos Beach stands out as the most famous beach of eastern Pelion.
A distinctive rock sits at the center of the beach and divides it into two sections.
White sand, small pebbles, natural shade, blue-green waters... an excellent place to forget about the rest of the world...

Crowded during summertime...

Mylopotamos is one of the most famous beaches in Greece and for sure the most famous in Pilion, Very clean water but also very deep for Greek standards; You have to be very carefully if you are together with children. Lifeguard is present though.

Mylopotamos is one of the most famous beaches in Greece.
You will not see a single reportage about Pelion where there are no at least one photo of this place.
Mylopotamos can be reached by a winding road from Tsagarada and route is well marked.
After a short journey you will reach the end of the road where is large parking.
When you leave the car you realize that your efforts are paying off.
View from above is delightful. You should stop to take a look before you go to the beach. Very remarkable sight.
Down the well-tended paths you descend to the sea with frequently "clicking" your camera because you will be allure all the time to take a "one more picture".
The beach is divided with huge rock in two parts. Passing through the small natural tunnel leads to the second, a bit more sheltered part.
There are no deck chairs, umbrellas and taverns.
When you see the people with handheld fridges you realize that this is the place where you can spend the whole day.
The waves here are often and if you do not know how to enjoy it choose the time when sea is calm.
Only one problem might be crowds, especially during the weekends so, if you can, plan your visit on weekdays.
Prices in a fish restaurant on the beach are ok.
So, even if you forgot to bring food and drink the matter is solvable.
Do not miss Mylopotamos.

Definitely the best beach in the east Pilio, organised and with a cafe and service surely above average. Located on a cliff with clean waters and white sandy-gravel surface.
