The unusual collection of thousands of items is displayed on a permanent basis on the campus of the César Ritz Colleges Switzerland in Le Bouveret, in the Swiss Canton of Valais. The dedicated exhibition space has been inspired by Mosimann’s Club in London and the private kitchen of Claude Nobs, the legendary founder of the Montreux Jazz Festival. The Mosimann Collection features La Table de Claude, for a dining adventure in company of the greatest voices and beats this festival has brought to the world.
