About
Historical cookery books and menus cards, royal cooking accessories, personal memorabilia and the work of renowned Swiss artist: the private collection of Anton Mosimann OBE is a genuine treasure for those who love art and gastronomy and illustrates the extraordinary life and achievements of the Master Chef. The unusual collection of thousands of items is displayed on a permanent basis on the campus of the César Ritz Colleges Switzerland in Le Bouveret, in the Swiss Canton of Valais. The dedicated exhibition space has been inspired by Mosimann’s Club in London and the private kitchen of Claude Nobs, the legendary founder of the Montreux Jazz Festival. The Mosimann Collection features La Table de Claude, for a dining adventure in company of the greatest voices and beats this festival has brought to the world. We offer private or business events, all within a unique and sophisticated environment.

The Mosimann Collection is the best option to spend few hours in a beautiful historical building facing Geneva lake. The collection is inspired by Anton Mosimann’s life and it includes historical culinary and hospitality books, tools, menus and recipes from all around the world. You can really feel the history behind every piece. The collection includes details about car rallies (one of Mr. Mosimann’s favourite hobbies) and contemporary art pieces as well.
The cherry on top: events taking place there and organised by the Director of the collection, Mr. Cédric Bussien. The collection is the scene of challenges between chefs, vernissages, themed events and VIPs’ events.
The Mosimann Collection is definitely a must for everybody that has not seen it yet.
