Visited the Quay, a lovely day and a brisk walk, with a pint at the small pub at the end , it’s a very picturesque place with plenty of parking, worth a visit if your close

I am fortunate enough to live within walking distance of the quay and take fairly regular strolls along there, often by myself, or sit and drink a glass of wine and look out over to the Needles. Very busy in summer with lots going on...More

Great views all year round. In the summer it gets very busy, but still nice. Even good in the winter, if it's a stormy or windy day many people drive down there just to watch the huge waves lashing over the edge! Really cool because...More

Since I was a small child I have visited Mudeford & one of the best things about it is that very little has changed. It is still very much a working quay & is full of lobster & crab pots. The views over to Heigisbury...More

Nice place, small fishing town, not far from Christchurch, you can buy fresh fish from stalls, but does get very crowded.

What an absolutely beautiful beach. We parked up and walked round the quay and along the beach for a few hours, and despite the November chill it was completely stunning, beautifully clean and we will most definitely return. Massive thumbs up!!!!!

The fish shop arranges trip's. If you want longer ones deep sea etc. or wreck they do them from Lymington daily but you will need to book.

Does anyone have any experience of staying in any of the cottages on Mudeford Quay. We are hoping to visit at the end of march. Any info welcome as can't find anything on TA. Many thanks

We stayed at the Water Burrow, most amazing fishermans cottage on a working fishermans quay. With the Haven pub and cafe being a few yards away you could not pick a better place to chill out and watch the world go by. the cottage had everything you could possibly want and more.
