I went to Heidi's village in September so they had some Halloween decorations put up, but the best time to go is in August when they have a lot of sunflowers. It's like going into a small Swiss village. If you have a baby they can play on the playground and in the garden. There's also a trolley that goes around the garden. This place is good for families with babies and small children. Also if you like Swiss sweets there's a lot in the gift shop.

best season to visit is on late april to see the tulips and early may to enjoy the rose garden. however on summer visit the himawari batake (sun flower field) right in the front of haijinomura entry gate is more remarkable than ever...taking a picture while pops up in the middle of thousands sun flower would be ones in a life time...as also the taste of sun flower soft cream which is sold along the field by the local shop.

I went there to see a lot of flowers with my family. I could relax because the air was clean. There were restaurants and souvenir shops in the garden. There was also playground equipment that you can enjoy all day.

The tulips here are so beautiful, in multiple colours, and we went here early May, where the weather was simply stunning. There was also a few sakura trees in the area, we missed the main season so this was a very nice surprise! We went via tour group booked on Japanican, had about an hour's time there, much recommended!

The ticket may be a bit expensive, but the place is full of nature, full of green life.
The buildings are well made; I took a lot of photos. Very cute.
A pity the day we went was cloudy and we stayed short time, but the park is charming and will come back!
Only thought the bus tour inside the park was expensive.
Took a bus from Nirasaki Station, the ticket of come-go back cost 1,100 yen and the entrance 420 yen, because of a discount package.
Yamanashi is a piece of art in Japan.
とても可愛いらしい公園でした。
素敵な景色を注視する事できるんですね。
中に有る安い飲食店でソーセージやアメリカンドッグ、コロッケもアイス楽しく食べました。
