立派な建物に驚きました。根室のバスセンタ－から出ている、観光バスのコ－スに入っていました。訪問者は、バスの乗客だけ。どれくらい活用されているのかと気にしながら館内を見学しました。

I went there again on the regular sightseeing bus Sappu-go, and you can see documents on visa-free exchanges with Russia. There are a lot of files. It seems that the ship enters Nemuro Port and moves around Hokkaido. When you go from Japan, the setting is the House of Friendship. I would like to go there for a few days and read all the documents. Admission is free.

I visited the island again on the Nosappu, and the first guide I saw said that the nature of the four northern islands was amazing. It's a pity, because they are actually Japanese territory.

観光バスノサップ号で訪問しました。すごく立派な施設です。最初に15分くらいの説明映画を見て館内を自由見学。２階には江戸時代の木造船の模型もあります。ロシアとの文化交流の機会もあるようで、きれいな部屋もありました。北方領土のことがよくわかります。

ロシアの文化を体験できるロシア文化ルームというものがありますが、自国の領土を奪った国の文化を学ぶとは言語道断だと個人的に思いました。悪い施設ではありませんよ。
