The very old Shinto shrine "Mibu-jinja" is unknown to foreign tourists. You can feel cool wind through the woods even in summer. The traditional rice-planting "Hana-Taue in Mibu" is held on the first Sunday of June every year. It was recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage. "Hana-Taue" starts from Shinto Rrituals at Mibu-jinja. There is no parking. You should park at "Michino-eki" near by Chiyoda Interchange.
