Lovely white sand beach in downtown Shirahama. There are plenty of places to stay nearby and also a number of public hot spring baths to enjoy! Sunset here was beautiful.

Holding my wife’s hand and walking on the soft sand which we enjoyed our romantic moment. Shirahama beach is a pretty nice romantic beach and must spend 30min there for a little walk with your love.

We visited Shirahama in winter but still find this beach very beautiful and inviting. The water is clear and the sand is fine. It also a good walk along the beach on a nice day.

Beautiful view of the sea and its soft sandy beaches. Definitely a good place to take photographs. Waters are really clear and if you have the time and if weather is good enough, it will be a wonder place to have a swim.

It is crowded in the summer but can be visited anytime of the year. There are shower facilities & parking places as well restaurants. The local bus can also take you from your hotel to the beach.
