If this the only brand name outlet store you have been, you may consider this place good.
It's draw is it's vicinity to Kyoto. There were lots of tourists visiting.
However, if you are to compare this outlet mall with the others, this is just alright.
I would not spend my holiday time visiting this outlet mall but if you happen to be nearby, not a bad way to kill an afternoon.

This was the first of 4 outlets we would be visiting on our 4 day road trip, and was easily the least memorable one.
We visited less than a month ago, and I hardly remember anything from the visit, maybe because I did not buy anything significant there. Enough said.

A very good outlet with a great variety of commodity products at a bargain price. Household, clothing, shoes.... restaurants etc. Do allow at least half a day there. Free parking within walking distance. Toilet facilities available.

Lots of discount going on, but because i visited on december, thus clothes they were selling were all winter clothes.

It was good that it was a weekday and not crowded, but the female staff at every store here are so rude! They work grudgingly and don't even look at the customers, they're very unfriendly.
I wanted to buy some clothes at Ciaopanic, but when I looked at the item at the register, the hem was frayed, so I asked them to check if they had it in stock. I was annoyed when they gave me a really annoyed look, and even though they hadn't checked yet, they asked me to pay first, which shocked me! I was dumbfounded. If they didn't have it, were they planning to make me buy the frayed clothes?

At Moriya, the price was wrong. It's the worst. I want a refund!! We were enjoying our end-of-year family trip, but when I got home and looked at the receipt, this was the price! It's outside of the prefecture, so it's not a place I can go to right away, so I guess I'll just have to accept it.
