Worth a visit!

We stopped at Irozaki cape and it was definitely worth it. Short hike from the carpark, wonderful views of the ocean and rock formations. Great photo opportunity.

We stopped at Irozaki cape and it was definitely worth it. Short hike from the carpark, wonderful views of the ocean and rock formations. Great photo opportunity.

From the carpark, walked up a slope for about 15min, past a lighthouse and continued to the tip. On clear days, you have blue sky meeting the Pacific ocean in the distance.

Irozaki is a tiny fishing village hidden from the sea by steep wooded cliffs. Follow the signs to the lighthouse and shrine on the right side where there is a well made path that passes souvenir shops then rises though tropical shrubs and palms with views down to the fjord below.
