The walk from Mizutare B/S is downhill but steps can be considered high for people with knee problems. The view is well worth the effort.

a good 1~2 hour walk (to and return) (with quite a bit of stairs here and there, but mostly easy walks), shaded. Most of the falls are small, with 2 larger falls. Tranquil environment, especially nice during red leaves season. Carpark, restaurants and bathrooms at...More

The walk to the seven falls is best done from the top down, north to south. The local bus is easy to get from the Kawazu station. The rock formations and vegetation of the area is amazing.

This was the highlight of my day. The walk is very easy, some small stairs here and there but overall a very comfortable and non-strenuous walk. The walls are very well signposted and just beautiful. It took us just under 90min to do all seven...More

If you go by bus, you can avoid retracing your route as there is a bus stop on both ends of the seven falls. The information of the falls are good but not the same at each falls. A couple of the falls will be...More

As the name suggests, there are 7 waterfalls in this attraction. As we arrived pretty late, we only managed to see a couple. The sun was setting so we thought we'd better head back after 30 mins upstream. Would love to come back for the...More

We hike here with our three young children. It was a gorgeous hike and we enjoyed the statues, wishing wells and canyoneerors. We would definitely recommend and the onsen down below the bottom waterfall.
