I think Kumagawa is beautiful town in the middle of forester. But it needs more production (lights, etc.) and much lively welcoming shops. (Like miyama-cho)

Kumagawa is still having old Japanese styles houses called "Machiya" or "Kura". They are protected by country program. Now in winter season. That's a very nice viewing snow covered old japaneease houses there. That's located near Kyoto only 35miles.
