We went end of March by car, the Flowering Peach Trees were in full bloom. Bunched together at different levels on the hillside, it made a magnificent sight. The lower levels of parking lots were full so we kept going up. Reaching the top is the best view- all over the valley. There is no admission, but be sure to leave ¥300 in the box for parking fare. Lots of bike riders! At the top we bought Flowering Peach bouquet for sale ¥100- nice way to make an enjoyable afternoon last a little longer. I found it very interesting how they cut their trees. Huge tree trunks had the whole portion cut off ( makes it bushier?)
