Definitely worth a visit if you live in the Kanto area (but not if you're just on vacation in Japan). It's about a 20 min brisk walk from Higashimatsuyama Station which in turn is about 50 mins from Ikebukuro on the Sobu Line (Rapid/Express trains)....More
