My partner and I stopped by to collect roadside station stamps. It was the first time we went to this roadside station.
The roadside station is surrounded by beautiful nature along the clear waters of Minamimakigawa River.
It has two buildings: a soba restaurant and a shop selling vegetables and other items.
There are seats along the clear waters of Minamimakigawa River, and I thought it would be delicious to eat soba in a place with such a beautiful view.
There were not many vegetables in the sales building, but they had a lot of different kinds of konnyaku for sale.
The roadside station is surrounded by beautiful nature along the clear waters of Minamimakigawa River.

南牧村に２泊する前に、ここに立ち寄り、山の情報を入手し、帰る時もここに立ち寄り、こんにゃく、お味噌、わらび、うど、をお土産に購入、ありきたりのものでなくて良かった。

西上州やまびこ街道沿いにある小さな道の駅です。下仁田町の隣にある南牧村でもこんにゃくが名物となっており、フードコーナーでは玉こんにゃくのおでんがありました。シンプルな味がグッドでした。玉こんにゃくがおいしかったので、思わず農産物直売コーナーへ行ってお徳用玉こんにゃく一袋を購入してしまいました。

下仁田での墓参りを済ませて昼を食べるために寄ってみました。レストランはめぼしいメニューがなかったのですが、物販に入ったら手ごろな弁当があり、電子レンジを使えたので買って外のテーブルで食べました。おかげで安上がりでした。登山者がちらほらいたのですが、四ツ又山などに登るのに便利なようです。

まだ新しい施設です。観光案内所や食事処もあります。下仁田ネギ関連のお土産が多く売っています。こんにゃくと、下仁田ネギ入りのせんべいを買いました。駐車場は広いです。

道の駅大好きです。ここも地元のお野菜やお菓子、こんにゃくもありました。たくさん買って来ました。楽しかったです。

県道45号の南牧川沿いにある道の駅です。
駐車場は50台弱と規模としてはやや小さいですが、こじんまりとしていながら地元の野菜などの販売は豊富です（季節によって種類・品数は変わると思いますが・・・）
南牧川にすぐ降りる事もでき、川は水遊びに向いた浅い流れになっています。
食事はそば・うどんをメインとした感じで特別な名物の様なものは無さそうでしたが
この土地ならきっと美味しいそばが食べられると思います。
私が行った時はレタスが3玉で120円で売っていました。
あと、火曜日が定休なので要注意です！

スタンプラリーの途中立ち寄りました。
しかし、定休日の文字が・・・！！確認しなかった自分が悪いのですが、せめてスタンプを押したかった。パンフレットを置くスペースが有るのだから、その横に置けば良いと思います。
道の駅に定休日が有るとは知りませんでしたが、火曜日を定休日にしている所が結構有るんですね。良く確認して、又伺います。

小腹が空いたので、好きな味噌おでんを買って、お店の裏のベンチに座って、絶景の渓流を見ながら頂きました。美味しさが倍加した気がしました。ゆっくり休憩したい時、お勧めです。
