(visited in March-2016) There is large parking area for the park, free I suppose. We walked from a restaurant parking nearby (Kamaya) about 10 minutes'. It is close to the sea port too. Mentai ko is fresh n very delicious. There are packes of fresh, frozen, dried (furikake), variety made - sausages, stuffed in fish, crakcers. All very tempting. There... More

This is a small museum and gift shop attached to a mentaiko processing plant. So, you should have some interest in spicy cod roe if you're going to come here. The museum itself is fairly small (like 20 minutes max) and all in Japanese. It gives a good overview of how mentaiko is made - from fish to packaging. And... More
