釣りスポット

ダム湖に面して芝生広場と30台分ほどの無料駐車場があります。コイ、フナ、ヤマメなどが釣れるスポットらしいですが、平日だったためか人影もなく静かな雰囲気でした。

白鳥の飛来地

ダム湖上流の道路わきに白鳥の飛来地であることをしめした看板がありました。私が訪問した時期はまだ白鳥のシーズンではないので単なるダム湖が見物できる展望台でしたが、この場所から白鳥の観察ができるとのことでした。しかし、この地域は有数の豪雪地帯なので、白鳥のシーズンに訪問するにはかなりの根性が必要ですね！
