シーズンオフ: 静かな公園

夏のサンタランドはイベントがない限り駐車場もガラ空きで、人気が少ないです。
夏は涼しいですし、静かですので写真撮りやカップルには良いと思います。
駐車場をはさんで反対側の大丸山公園は子供が虫を捕まえたり、トレッキングに向いています。

遠かった～

10月24日に点灯したとニュースになっていたのでサンタランドまで行って見ました。札幌から帯広まわって280キロ6時間遠かった。サンタランドでナビ入れると役所サンタランド課に着いてしまいました。大丸山森林公園でナビ、やっと着きました。公園の一部分だけなので思っていたよりガッカリでした。でも、イルミネーションは綺麗かったです。

入れない場所が多く残念

サンタランドは花壇も整い、よく整備されているのですが、一画の歩道で面白そうな、橋や砦（裏山の中腹にサンタランドの白い看板があるところのつながり）が見えるのですが通行止になっています。これは残念なのですが、裏山の頂上からの太平洋、十勝港眺めは結構なものです。

サンタの家がお勧め

私はクリスマスシーズンの訪問ではありませんでしたが、ここの敷地内にあるサンタの家では、色々とサンタ関連の物品が販売されていて、一足早いクリスマス気分を満喫することが出来ました。とても夢のある雰囲気に包まれた施設なので、特にお子様連れの方にはお勧めできるスポットです。

綺麗な場所でゆっくり出来ます。園内には花畑サンタの丘やサンタの部屋がありメインの建物はサンタアート展が行われてました。グッズも販売してました。。

Season off　初夏/午前/平日での評価です

大丸山森林公園（市営）の一角にあります。公園のつつじを見に行ったところ道をはさんだ反対側にこのサンタランドがありました。タイトルにある通りOFFの条件でしたので、本来あるであろう魅力は感じられませんでした。逆に、「冬（特にクリスマスシーズン）/夜/休日or休前日」というシーズンに行けば評価が変わるのでしょうね。

夜に行くと良いかも。

昼間に行きましたが、お店自体は、それほど大きくありませんでした。ライトが所々設置されていました。機会があれば、夜に行ってみます。

サンタランドにいってみました！
夏に来たときは、ちらほらといった感じのお客さんも、やはり12月となるとだいぶ増えていました。
かわいいサンタのガーランドがあったので購入しましたー

1984年に認定されたオスロ公認のサンタランドです。外遊びもたくさんできて、子供には優しい場所です！役場主体を辞めて、民間がやればもっと良し！

雪が降ってからの来訪をお薦めします

車で通りかかったので寄り道してみました。幹線道路よりそれて山の中腹まで登ると、小さなクリスマス飾りを施した家が点々としていました。
広尾町はクリスマスをテーマにしているようで、町中の店、また建設機械会社の庭までもクリスマスイルミネーションが施されていました。
サンタランドは、シーズンオフだったせいか、寒々としており、一通り見て帰りましたが、雪が降ってからのシーンだと綺麗なんだろうなと思いました。（宿泊していません）
