It is "Ippon no michi" of Kiyosato town. It is about 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kiyosato town, I want to visit the spring, summer, fall, and winter. The nearby Mt.Shari is also impressive.

斜里岳の山麓に有る眺めの良い場所です。
眼下には斜里市街、オホーツク海が一望、そしてなによりここはあまりメジャーではありませんので、人も少なくオススメの場所です。

北海道にはいろいろな直線道路がありますが、
「いっぽんの道」はスケール感が違います。
空が広く、地球が丸い事が実感できます。
とてもオススメです。

空と地上の割合が絶品！

8月初旬の午前中にいきましたが、農作業で道路を使う人もおらず、観光できている人もおらず、道路自体もほとんど車の往来がなかったため、数十分間、好きに写真撮影ができました。

奥に見えるオホーツク海、海と同じくらい青い空、最高のロケーションです！^ - ^

オホーツク海まで１５ｋｍ続く直線道路

　清里町の清里駅からまっすぐに南に延びている道が、「いっぽんの道」です。清里駅を通過した後、斜里岳を左に見ながらまっすぐに南に向かうと、道は次第にゆるやかな上りになりました。行き止まりまで上って後ろを振り向くと、絶景でした。
　１５ｋｍほどまっすぐに伸びた道は、そのままオホーツク海に吸い込まれていっているように見えるんですよ。

オホーツク海に向かってどこまでも伸びている道

　斜里町から知床のウトロへ向かう途中にある「天に続く道」という２０数ｋｍの直線道路が有名ですが、こちらの「いっぽんの道」は、そこから２０分ほど走った清里町の山の方にありました。
　清里町駅前を通っている道道857号線を、ゆるやかに登りながらひたすら南に進んで行きます。行きついた先から見ると、この「いっぽんの道」は、まつすぐにオホーツク海に向かって伸びていました。おそらく１０数ｋｍ直線が続いているようです。
　秀峰斜里岳の西側のふもとに当たるので、斜里岳の眺めとセットで楽しめるスポットです。

オホーツクへの道

清里市街から道道８５７線を南へ直進した丘の突き当たりの丁字路が起点です。オホーツク海へ向かってまっすぐ伸びる１４キロほどの直線道路は北海道らしい風景で眺望が良いです。いっぽんの道・ストレートロードと呼ばれているようですが、そのうち道の名がつくのかもしれません？

斜里の天に続く道が有名になりましたがこちらはこれから売り出し中。来る人もまばら。そばに斜里岳があり風景は素晴らしいですよ。

まっすぐに続く道は北海道の至るところにあります。天に続く道は有名ですが清里町のいっぽんの道も素晴らしい景観です。どこまでも続く光景は北海道らしさを感じることができます。
