Godzilla Rock is near the wharf and is quite an interesting feature. The other rocks in the harbour area are also interesting.

Not worth going out of your way but if you are in shari it's a cute little find to walk to. The rock resembles godzilla, a tiny bit!

We passed by this rock on the way to the hotel, and said to each other, "Don't you think this rock look a lot like Godzilla?" We only realized the next day that people actually call this rock the Godzilla rock.

Its really quite 'cool', that from certain angles, it does have the profile of the famous movie-star monster. If you're a godzilla fan, swing by, it won't take more than a few minutes if you're on the way to the 5-lakes, or hiking thru bear-territory.

For me this is just a big rock with loads of seabirds. For others it might be one the symbols of Utoro? I did not know this was called Godzilla...

A big rock and thats it. On top can have an overview of Utoro onsen, if you willing to climb up. I have time but dont want to go up.

I was really very surprised to see the resemblance of this natural rock formation with the Japanese famous Godzilla. We were on our way to ride the cruising vessel "Dolphin" for 3hr cape cruising and caught a glimpse of this natural wonder.

It takes 200 steps or so to get to the top of this rock, but once we were up there the views were very good. It is certainly worth the effort and time. Watch out for the seagulls!

It's a rock in the city near the harbour facing the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. It's quite a steep climb on what look like a flimsy iron staircase attached to the steep side of the rock! Once at the...More
