THE MASTERS MILL

Driving through the Flemish countryside, we spied this windmill sitting on the corner of the main highway. Turned around and backtracked, found a place to park across the street. We were a little disappointed to find out that tours are only available with advanced notice. This windmill is circa 1760 and was placed here in 1973. Adjacent to the windmill is small outbuilding. This is a nice stop for a photo op and to learn a little about a bygone way of life.
