Good: - well-maintained park with pathways to take a leisurely stroll - observation points available to catch the sunset and snap some photos - Ample free parking spaces - lighthouse stands majestically against the backdrop of blue skies - the biggest resort, which you can...More

This is a nice place to visit around sunset to admire the view of the lighthouse and the sea beyond. Of course several hundred other people will probably have the same idea, so that detracts considerably from the quality of the experience, but at least...More

My family and I were at Cape Zanpa in the late afternoon for about 2 hours en route from Naha to Okinawa city. We chose Cape Zanpa over Cape Meada (about 8 km away) because of the lighthouse and the spectacular scenery at Cape Zanpa....More

-The area itself doesn't cost you any money but if you want to climb the Lighthouse then it would be 200 yen. -If you are travelling with young children do be extremely weary; lots of red flag areas and coarse surfaces. -Wear a good pair...More

Very windy scenic spot. No shaded area (except the lobby and the staircase up the lighthouse) so do remember to put on sun block before coming here. Need to pay 200 yen to go up to the top of the lighthouse. But we were there...More

Pretty view of the vast sea. Many other attractions to visit around this area. Good to come by to relax and take in the view before moving on to other places.

On the day we had some spare time so decided to check out the lighthouse. However it was very windy so we didn't walk up to the lighthouse itself. View was great though. There's a Blue Seal Ice Cream car there as well.

Out of the three famous capes in the vicinity, this one is probably the losing one even though it is the only one with a lighthouse. Parking is however free and would be a nice place to break while driving to another attraction.

Possible but it's quite troublesome to change buses and finding the right stops to stop. If you are travelling with 2 to 4 pax, would be much convenient to rent a car.
