The family and I stopped here before making our way to the aquarium. We knew the show times at the planetarium, so we had planned out a rough timeline. We watched our first show, Journey to the Stars, or something close to that. It was...More
I am in awe of the displays of this whole museum . Though it is the more underrated museum throughout the whole expo park but it’s def worth the visit.

The ambience inside the museum is amazing, not to mention the replete information about oceanic culture in different parts of the world. Don't forget to visit the planetarium as well. There's a Doraemon show there every weekend and during winter holidays.
Saw some AMAZING boats (real life size) and learned a lot about oceanic cultures. It doesn't focus on Okinawa specifically but the admission was very cheap and the boats were super dope. Nice break from the heat of walking around.
