The first flower farm we visited. Seems not many tour buses stop here, mostly small groups of visitors on self drive. Had a nice walk and proper view of the whole field without people blocking you when you try taking photos. Kiosk at the entrance serves pretty nice lavender ice cream. Nice way to cool off in the hot summer... More

Having visited 4 flower gardens around Furano, we found this one the most attractive and the activities on offer the most fun. For ¥500 you can hire quad bikes and do a lap of the flower garden. The hill itself is beautiful and the other treats like lavender ice cream worth the ¥300. A must see for summer travelers.

Visited biei on May 15. No flowers here have bloomed yet. Might want to make sure you're traveling here at the right season.

Visited this place en route from Biei to Sounkyo. It was drizzling, windy and cold when we were there. There were not much flowers left, with less than half the area covered with flowers. I supposed this place will be much more beautiful in other months. There is a small souvenir shop nearby. If you’ve already visited other flower farms... More

It will arrive in about 10 minutes ride in taxi from JR Biei Station. This park is the attractions of Biei summer. Have many flowers are planted, you can stroll slowly.

we were driving from asahikawa to furano and stopped at this place. it's worth visiting for a short time as there's no enterance fee. the hill is not to steep and flowers are pretty but the garden is not very big. Souvenior shop is small but it was cheaper than the ones in furano farm.

I did not visit this when I took public transport last summer. This summer, this is the first flower park when we drove from Asahikawa to Biei area. not huge but very nice. Hire a golf cart to have an overview first
