The place is located inside the town so I strongly suggest renting a car but the bus works as well. Either way it is easy to recognize the place because there are signs with dog marks. The host, Kyoko-san and Dan was very courteous and kind... and so patient. My group arrived later than scheduled, let's see... about 30-40 minutes late. :) Even so, they are very understanding and said it is okay. Before the actual ride, We had a instructions/briefing and it was very informative. All information you needed was well explained, (I like the part when they mentioned about the 2-3 or the 20-30 people last year that fell during the ride, of course at first I didn't believed until I fell myself, which was the best experience, Falling was actually fun! The dogs at their farm are friendly! I suggest take pictures with them. I actually wanted to bring home one if only I'm not flying back to Okinawa, Lol For your pictures and videos, Don't worry they have the best camera and video and... they can send you the data! As one member of my group said when he saw his picture, "This picture is so good that I may use this on my profile pic on Tinder, Lol. Overall the experience was awesome and will definitely come back next winter. I thank Kyoko-san and Dan for the warmest welcome to your Dog Farm on a Winter Time

We booked our dogsledding activity with Moonlight Ladies thru a local travel agency and got instant confirmation. I was told we were lucky to be given a slot since time slots get filled out quickly. And wow, what an experience not to be missed. Hosts Dan and Kyoko are very passionate about their craft and their family of Alaskan huskies seemed happy and well cared for. Dogsledding with ML, truly highlight of our Hokkaido trip. Highly recommended!

Dan and Kyoto are so helpful and accommodating. The dogs are so friendly and shy. Kyoko was at the bus station picking us up and drop us back, in time to catch return bus. Dan checked the track just before we arrived so safety is their priority. The track runs across beautiful scenery and amazing view. Kyoko went extra mile to take great picture and video, and transfer to memory card for us to bring home. If there is only one thing to do in Hokkaido winter, this will be it. Great work to Dan and Kyoko. Had a wonderful time and beautiful memory that will last a very long time. A big thank you to Dan and Kyoko.

We are a family of four. It was such a privilege to have this experience with Dan and Kyoko. As the dogsledding spots are only twice a day, we managed to get a spot from a previous cancellation. Their website is well informed. The booking form worked well. Be patient and wait for an available time. If there is no email response, that means there’s no spot available. The dogs are Alaskan Huskies. They were easy to handle; they were well behaved. Listen to all the instructions carefully. They have an instructional video and Dan is very clear on what to do. Kyoko takes a video and photos of us. Good memories. Don’t worry the dogs will not pee on you while sledding. They have good manners. As others have mentioned, Dan and Kyoko are a nice couple; very open to share their life stories and experiences. Good people. A warm and friendly experience.
