If time permits, one should visit Wada, Kanda and this which are opened to public. This particular one is 5 storey high and entrance fee is ¥300/-. There is a nice view from the top floor.

This is one of the better houses to visit, in my opinion. It is well-maintained and includes quite a few artifacts on several floors. You get a sense of life when these buildings were used a residences - and why no one lives in them...More

Great house, for years withstand snow storm, earthquake, typhoon. Interior is amazing, 5 level and no matter which level, in the center can always view the door entrance.

Brilliant display of old farming and domestic artefacts in a wonderfully preserved house, still owned by the original family. There were hundreds of very interesting tools, looms, farm machines etc. to view and we could have spent hours there.
