went here after sunset and snow was falling as i step into the area. was so magical at night because we got to see the lights all around the ice. it wasnt that big but at least you could experience once!
Visited the place during Feb 2017 as this is the only festival left as i was too late for Sapporo snow festival.
If you want to go to Kurodake, then this festival can be visited as you go.
