Annukka tutored the 4 teenager snowboarders in our group. They loved it and made great progress. She also had good approach to encouraging their adventurous natures but also explaining the need to be careful. It was a bit more expensive than other options but I honestly believe that it was better value. Annukka was also able to recommend different drop of points during the week so that we could see more of the area. We would absolutely use Annukka and High 5 again.

The progress our boys (9 and 11) made on their 2nd week of snowboarding was incredible. They have gone from side-slipping down blues at the end of their first week last year, to flying down reds and trying off-piste and black moguls at the end of their 2nd. We had our two boys do a morning of private tuition with Seb and five mornings with Annukka, and they loved every bit. They'll be sending the biggest booters in the park next year at this rate...! The company is friendly and well run. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Our girls just turned seven this year. They had been boarding before, but Annukka really gave them the boarding bug for the first time. She was friendly, professional and extremely patient, but most of all she made it fun for them and knew when to take it easy and let them play in the trees or have a hot chocolate break. This kept their enthusiasm up all week and they loved going down the "fun run". She is technically brilliant too, and the girls were linking turns and trying to do little tricks by the end of the week. In fact they now go as fast as me down the mountain. Our only regret is that the girls can't join the local team!

Had previous lessons in the past with other snowboard instructors but was struggling with my turns and ready to give up feeling like snowboarding wasn’t for me. After two lessons with Seb last week, I was finally able to link turns and felt so much more confident riding down the slopes. Really happy with the amount I managed to progress thanks to Seb’s tuition. I’m now hooked and looking forward to snowboarding again next year. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for snowboard lessons in Les Arcs!

I had done a couple of weeks snowboarding before having 2 private lessons so had the basics of standing and going slowly down the mountain with the odd turn when I had the nerve to throw one in! After my 2 lessons with Annukka my confidence built immensely. She taught me to do a 360, ride switch and even do a few ollies! After these lessons I was able to keep up with the rest of my family who had all previously been waiting for me at every lift! I was confident to do turns all down the slopes and even tried a couple of reds by the end of the week! Annukka is a fantastic teacher and got a great balance where I didn’t feel scared but still felt like I tried so many new things and improved a lot. I have been very nervous on a board until now so am so grateful for this! I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for snowboard lessons at les arcs!
