In the depths of the Black Mountain, steadily, patiently, over thousands of years, water has hollowed out an immense cavern. You can tour the giant cavern quite safely using the panoramic walkway. The background and the lighting effects make it a spectacle like no other.

Dear Sir, Thank for taking the time to give us your opinion. As to the electronic info points, we are aware that they have pretty much suffered from the cave’s high humidity level and have initiated a replacement program for some more heavy duty devices....More

Having visited the Limousis caves the previous day, we decided to visit, again first thing in the morning, and again had the cave to ourselves for the first 15 minutes or so, which was outstanding. The music and light show at the beginning of our...More

If you have even just one hour to spare do not miss the visit of these incredible grottoes. The road to Cabrespine is through interesting landscape, and you may wonder if it is worth the effort. When you finally get through the entrance, the sheer...More

A little off the beaten track the journey and the wait to enter the caves was well worth it. An awesome place to spend an hour exploring theses caves on the guided visit.

Baking sun and it is too hot to go out - why not go down a cave? Unlike most underground features this cavern was discovered by going up. The visit takes 45/55 minutes and dogs are allowed in. You actually enter the cavern about halfway...More

Well worth a visit try and tag on an English coach trip as we did so you can hear everything in English as all soundtrack is in French. There are English tape recordings around the cave but better when you hear local accounts
