We travelled from 03 too 23 03 with the private driver Sanjaya. It as fantastic.
We had scheduled already the hotels ourselves and we started at Colombo over the south west coast to the domestic Sri Lanka ( Kandy;Sigiriya..) , back yo Negombo..
To book the hotels, I got references from a friend who booked the year before the hotels and travelled partially with Sanjaya and was very surprised e about the experience and knowledge of Sanjaya. We found it also wonderful what nice and beautiful places he let us discover over accesses you should not find yourself.In specially nice beaches for snorkeling (i saw corals and magic fishes) and to swim (not to string waves) in nice bays and also his connections for a trip with private catamaran into a reserve without tourists and plenty of rare birds.I could also swim in the beaks of not touristic waterfalls.I He accompanied us upon trips to the summit of peaks , so we found good tracks.
In each case , I strongly recommend not to drive yourself because the traffic is dangerous, in special the red government busses are taking everywhere priority , also over the double white line,and double also upon your lane where you need to find a quick solution to give way . Also many tuk tuks who need to discover that direction pointer exists. We saw a heavy accident with a red bus ,laying upon his side after a crash with a truck. .
Sanjaya knows also to choose the best entrances for example for Yala parc and the departure stations for the train from Ella to Eliya /Kandy .We travelled with the train without our luggage and Sanjaya brought it with his car.
We saw also local private houses and could have a view of the sri lank way of living.
He indicated also verry nice , good and quiet restaurant to take dinner together and he give advice, information about the meals to discover step by step the sri lanka kitchen?
So I was very thankful that we met Sanjaya, for each new appointment he arrived before time and he has different cars in function if the company.
He is not only a driver but a splendid guide

We were in Sri Lanka in Oct/Nov 2024 and used the taxi service of Ceylon Yala Isuri several times. Sanjay and his team are super serious, reliable and fair. We were always informed in advance who our driver will be and which car we will be driving and the prices were always agreed in advance and were fair. Sanjay and his team can help out not only around Yala National Park by taxi, but also in several places around the country. We would always travel with them from A to B and were very pleased. Communication is also flawless and very fast. Thank you so much!

The car was smooth driving, had good air con and fit our family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 11) pretty well. It was also clean. Our driver was very good and accommodating. Halfway through our drive we stopped off at a safari park where he sorted our safari driver and waited for us and we were back on the road as soon as it finished. He stopped the car and let us take pictures of a waterfall. If you are planning a long drive and need someone to take you I would definitely recommend this service. Fair pricing and great value for money.

We used the taxi service og Ceylon Yala Isuri twice this month. First time from Kataragama to Batticaloa in a four seat car driven by Sanjei. Nice car and he spoke nice English and was a good guide. Second time from Batti to Colombo fort in a larger minivan. Simple vehicle, but also reliable. The driver, Hanfel, was friendly too. This transport was mediated by Sanjaya on short notice. In both cases, reliable and good value.

Sanjaya was a real blessing for us. He knows his stuff, is very open-minded, intelligent and has a lot of integrity. He explained a lot to us on our way and even invited us to drink coconuts. He is very easy to talk to and he drives excellently. Thanks to him we were able to avoid being ripped off at our next stop and he organized a very inexpensive trip for us at very short notice. We are very happy that we traveled with him and will always recommend him warmly. Thank you very much!

We drove with Sanjay from Kandy to Yala and then again from Yala to Galle. Our trip was very comfortable in a spacious Toyota, and Sanjay was a great driver. He even stopped for some sightseeing and payed for some food when we didnt have small change. Every time he saw us taking photos from the car he asked if we want him to stop to take better photos. He is kind and polite, and both me and my wife would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a relaxed and care-free transfer in Sri Lanka.

We had a really great time with Sanjaya. The first time he drove us from Weligama to Yala. On the way there he explained a lot and showed us hidden places. He has a big knowledge and wants the best for his clients. He was so friendly that we booked him for two more rides: from Yala to Arugam Bay and from Arugam Bay to Ella. We really estimate his generosity. He bought us by example jackfruits and king coconuts because we never tried them. On the way to Ella we went for lunch at a local restaurant what was a highlight on our trip in Sri Lanka. He also showed us the waterfalls on the way. Compared to other taxi drivers he is cheap.
We had a great time and enjoyed all the rides with him.

Sanjay was very responsive and his prices were very reasonable. He was always on time and was very knowledgeable. We used his taxi service from Mirissa to Yala and then from Yala to Urgam Bay and it felt like we got a tour of it as well. He took us thru a road where we saw more elephants than the safari itself. He always stopped when we needed to and was always very kind and respectful.
