Haiti is about to anyone enjoy the life and and the hot sun of the country. for my trip in haiti i stayed at el rancho, and i enjoyed the place for it's nice. the pool, the rooms...... and i congrats stephania at the front desk.

I was sitting in the park close by with my Fiancé and this was a beautiful eye catching view. To see the kids and people coming from church to enjoy the park.

Yes, this is the heart of Petionville and you can go in the square but there is no reason to visit unless you just really want to go for a short walk.

Place Saint Pierre is nice to walk and is across from the hotel.
The people are nice and always willing to show you around. I felt safe and have a total different view of haiti.

but I wouldn't make a long detour just to see this place. Still a nicely church worth visiting if you're in the neighborhood

It is a beautiful place that brings back pleasant memories of the time that I lived in Puerto Principe. It definitely requires more attention from the authorities, but in Haiti, people's attention is focused, there are priorities and this is understood.
