What is better than walking on the iced lake in winter? There's silence and you are surrounded just by nature. It's a place not to miss in the area: beautiful in summer and magical in winter....

Very nice, beautiful landscape, nice stroll to be made in less than one hour around the lake, a couple of restaurants... everything for a pleasant stop

Hiked around this beautiful lake on our way up the mountain. The lake is beautiful and a good hike for those who are elderly or not hikers. Beautiful lake and path around well suited for kids with activities.

One of the nicest lakes in the area, and not too many tourists cluttering the place. Excellent short hike around the lake, even for small children who will really enjoy the experience

We have been several times to Anterselva lake during summer, this was the first time in winter and it was amazing!!! The lake is iced and you can walk on the lake where there is also the possibility for cross country skiing on the lake and in the woods surrounding the area. Definitely a place to get back next winter too!

We walked around the Lake with our 2 sons (8 and 6) on a very hot afternoon. Beautiful mountains and good trail. Longer than I had expected but nice walk. The boys played in the water on a sandy beach strip. The scenery was a little bit less pristine than I had expected.

This winter is very cold and lake is really frozen. Place is romantic and nice for short walk in the afternoon. We need to come again in summer. You need good shoes and warm, very warm clothes.

It is not as close as you expect when you enter to Rasen and more small villages. You have good road, climbing up the valley, between two lines of mountains. After the huge biathlon stadium, too big for the nice valley, you come to calm area with lake and paths. Lake is frozen in winter. Area is worth a visit in any season. Walk around or even better, rent some skis.
