I did the Fakeaway course in early November. All social distancing and safety precautions were in place. Sarah, led our the day's lessons and there 4 of us in the class. Sarah was fab, not only at teaching and demoing in a very easy and instructive manner, she kept us on track and focused in a fun environment. We prepared 5 dishes. Originally, I was neutral on a a few of the items we were going to learn but I ended the day thinking they were some of the tastiest dishes I've cooked. We ate lunch together (the 3rd dish - quesadilla) with a glass of wine. There were loads of general cooking tips through out the day. The proof was in the pudding - I took the course on Friday and had enough to feed 4 for dinner Friday, Saturday and lunch on Sunday. EVERY dish went down a storm. Fantastic day and hugely recommend.

The whole day was very good indeed. I attended the one day Indian Cookery course that I had bought for my husband as a Christmas present last year. It ended up with my daughter attending as well. What a fabulous day. We had so much fun and e learned a great deal. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the tuition was just right.

Attended the one day Introduction to Cooking not knowing very much about making a meal. Came away with 4 dishes and confidence that I can cook. Thoroughly recommend the course and will be booking another in the near future.

Really friendly, relaxed but so informative and interesting experience. I learnt a lot in the time I was there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend The Cooking Academy to anyone interested in preparing good food - without a doubt. There are many different lessons to attend and great to give someone as a gift.

Thank you for your kind words - I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your class with us. It is a real pleasure to share knowledge with people knowing that it's going to help them to change the way they cook and help in some way. Cooking and food is about so much more than just eating and that's what we like to get across. Continue to enjoy the recipes and I look forward to seeing you gain very soon. with my best wishes Kumud Gandhi
