this establishment is a typical Welsh local,where you can hear the language spoken by native Welsh speakers,it caters for all sections of the comunity,and is very friendly and welcoming to everyone,selling a wide range of ales and beers,bar food is available as are all the pastimes you would expect from a local,for tourists its a chance to see a window of a typical british public house

Looking for food

Went looking for a pub lunch as Guild Hall was closed. Pub was not doing food but we had a warm welcome and the place was nice we will definitely be back .

Lovely Little Pub, recently changed hands.. new owner doing well, trying to keep regulars coming in. All sports shown here and also have free pool and juke box on a Wednesday and burger and chips. Staff are nice and friendly.

Good Karoke set up and DJ.
Staff & Customers Friendly.
Clean ish 5/10.
(Not a fan of Pubs), but out with Friends and it was okay.
Staff 6/10.
Drinks 8/10.
Price 8/10. (Not too overly priced), i dont drink Ale, but for a J20 npt bad at £2.20.
Toilets can not say if Clean or not did not use them.

Since my last review ,this pub has had a redecoration,now no sky channels on TVs ,pool ,darts,dominoes still played,warm welcome given by bar staff and enjoyed chatting with customers now a limited choice of beers ,still worth going
