We visited as part of our 2 night stay at the adjacent hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Knowledgeable staff and birds seem well looked after.

You can visit the center at any time with your entry ticket, however, you can't start your visit, have a pass out for your afternoon tea and then finish off your visit.
