Dear Sunny , we are very sorry for the inconviniance you have experienced, but defaulf rafting tours are half-day tours. Half day rafting is also what you have booked and we just forwarded that to the rafting company. Full day tour must be explicitely asked for and booked in advance. That is the reason why rafting company told you that there is no place, because they expected people for half-day.
Anyhow, you could text me about the problem at the moment when it had happened, we respond very quickly to messages, as you could see yourself in our prior communication.
Regarding comment that you got for Durmitor Adventure "as usual", it is obvious that it's not relevant at all, which our other reviews can confirm. Since the comment came from other agency, it just shows that mentioned agency gains points on other's mistakes and not on their own effort and value.
