Went here for a fishing trip and it seems that like other part of Malaysia, there are too many independent agent and boatman. I wished that places like this had a system in place that could ease everyone.

It is the biggest man- make lake in Southeast Asia. We explored mountains, islands, waterfalls, caves. We went trekking at Mount Padang. Also went island hopping. Not forgetting that we also visited Bewah cave, spectacular sights in this limestone cave. We felt relax under the beating from the water pouring down from the waterfalls.

I like the place, the greens, the birds, the insects! The construction was pretty noisy. Apart from that the place is great.

The vacation was awesome. We rent a boathouse that cost around 3500 for 4 days and 3 nights. The boathouse is big.. it has 5 rooms, 1 dorm, fully equipped kitchen minus the ingredients for cooking, an 'okay' toilet and a spacious living room which is equipped with karaoke machine and basic channel in hd. It can fit maximum of... More
