My second time at D’bintan Spa. The lady at the reception was as usual really warm and welcoming. My 2 friends did the tropical massage and I did the hair creambath. The hair creambath uses natural ingredients and smelled really good. I chose coconut for my hair mask. All in all, it was a fuss free experience. The spa arranged for pick up and sent us back to our resort after. Definitely recommend!

We took the 150mins package which comes with massage, body scrub, body mask and shower. The price was very reasonable compared with other hotels in-house spa and the massage quality is good! It was so relaxing that my partner and I fell asleep almost the entire session. Also, the srub and body mask left my skin feeling so soft and smooth after. 👍

We went for massages for thé 3 persons, family. Father, mother and daughter. It was wonderfull and relaxing. Massages well done, very nice atmosphère. Very kind women. You can be picked up at thé hôtel to go there and they bring you back. Very great souvenir

Wonderful experience. We took a D'Rommesa Ritual 140minutes session, included massage, body steam, body scrub, body wrap and soaking. It's amazing and completely relax! We tried another nearby massage but D'Bintan Salon Day Spa is perfect! The staff was friendly with fluent English, highly recommended! Dont miss this when you visited Bintan!

Came on girls trip with my 2 girlfriends and 4 year old daughter. So glad we found this place searching online for good spa /massage in Bintan. Free transport from my hotel Anmon few minutes away with min 750k IDR spend (which we easily hit). Thank you staff for letting my dg sit and play ipad on the other massage bed next to me while I did my 1 hour traditional massage (thankfully it was not too crowded). I enjoyed my time of relaxation albeit with a toddler in my periphery (she wanted to stay close to me). Took tip from another reviewer and booked via the spa staff the 400k IDR 30 min transport to kelong seafood dinner from the spa instead of booking transport from my hotel (which would have been nearly double the price). Masseuse are experienced and gentle and very considerate to ask if you are ok with the pressure etc. When my kids are older next time I’ll definitely be back for a longer spa package !!! For those staying at hotels that don’t have minimart to stock up snacks/drinks, great thing about going here for a spa package also is that there’s is a small minimart just across the road :)

Reasonable priced masage packages. Our villa is 20 mins driving distance away from the spa. With prior arrangement before check in, the spa sent driver to drive us around for day tour, lunch, before sending us to their spa in Lagoi for massage. Friendly driver who can understand English well. Mas Yudhi, the driver who toured us around was also helped in taking many group photos for us, answer all our queries. Overall, a five star experience! Will recommend my friends and family to try the service here.

The place is comfortable and offers a true Indonesian massage experience. One of the best massages I have received, where the masseuse was very receptive to requests for spots to focus on, and adjusting strength halfway through the massage. The experience as a whole is great as well, from the driver who picked us up at our hotel, to the friendly reception lady. They even allowed us to dine nearby first before fetching us to the ferry terminal. Great experience, would highly recommend!

My friend & I were recommended by one of Cassia Bintan’s staff to have our full body massage at D’Bintan Salon Day Spa. We paid 402,500 rupiahs each which included transport to and fro our hotel at Cassia Bintan. We liked it so much that we went back for a second full body traditional massage. It was an interesting spa because they had a retail section that sells Indonesian crafts, clothes, scarves, tourist souvenirs and even the Jahe Wangi (ginger tea) which was served in a tiny cup after the massage and it had a lovely taste so we bought 3 boxes between us. I had a very strong masseuse named Dwi while my friend had Elly who was a very careful masseuse on the first day. We switched masseuses on the second day. I highly recommend Dwi if you want a deep tissue massage because she has very strong and firm hands while Elly is more gentle. On the whole it’s a beautiful spa which has 3 levels and the staff were friendly and pleasant too.

We had an incredibly one of the best full body massage and facial treatment at D'BINTAN SALON DAY SPA. From the lovely and friendly Wati at the front desk to the masseuses; Marni & Tanti who delivered the massage with calming effect, dexterity skills to the area that needed attention and the estheticians; Kanzai & Kutari, who performed facials professionally, skillfully and gently with so much care and patience. The salon is very beautifully designed and charmingly like Bali concept, very clean indeed. Definitely worth your time and money and absolutely recommended!

If you ever visit Bintan, don't go to the resort spa. The nearest outside of resort spa you can find is D'Bintan Salon Spa and it is amazing! Value for money. There's steaming, soaking in coconut water in a jacuzzi, body mask, body scrub package and 70min massage. 10/10. Staffs are also very very friendly! They also have a tiny store in the spa and the dresses and shirts are really nice and beautiful.
