Coming from a concrete jungle in the Far East, this vacation was a feast for my entire being...I am missing it already!!! 1. Raj Kumar, Grasshills Tours & Travels, chauffeured me around and played my tour guide as well. At this reserve,... More

The sanctuary is an ideal place for trekking, but take necessary precautions as wild animals (elephant & tiger) can be spotted anytime.

One of the most beautiful spots in Palakkad. The entry is through Tamilnadu. The forest department arranges wild safari. Nobody will be sad for not seeing any animals there while safari. Tree houses are available for night stay.

The best wildlife sanctuary I have ever been to. The place to stay is very neat and tidy. Even travellers with family and kids can stay without any issues. The safari and educational treks are very enjoyable. Missed the Island stay will try the nxt time.

Our visit to Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary was absolutely uneventful. the most thrilling and scary part of the journey from Coimbatore railways station is the winding roads leading to the forest. please don't go here expecting to see tigers. we did see some elephants (tamed ones), monkeys, deers, peacock and wild boars. we stayed at the Government guest house which is...
