Visited Parambikulam on July 2016 and Sep 2016. Since then i have visited Parambikulam twice, Masinagudi and Valparai all in a short span of 3 months. Thats the impact the place had on me. Right from Top Slip all you hear is only Bird Sounds and Langur calls. Safari was good and 3 hours well spent. Safari covers Thunnavakadu Dam,... More

We visited this sanctuary in october and stayed for 3 days. It is a beautiful place just in the heart of nature. The only place to stay inside is in the forest guest house. You can book this through their website. Its absolutely worth a stay. We stayed in the honeycomb cottage. It is located inside the sanctuary. The entire... More

We stayed here for a couple of days - the first day in the Honeycomb complex and the second day at the Tented Niche. We went there in our own vehicle and were able to drive around inside the reserve (along with a guide) on the first day. This is not something I would recommend unless you have a really... More

Parambikulam is in Palakkad dist,Kerala(God’s own Country),but you cannot go there by travelling only inside Kerala because no transport road connectivity towards there from any other places surrounding Parambikulam. You have to go to neighbour state Tamilnadu if you want to reach there in your own vehicle or through Public Transport. What you can do at “Parambikulam”? • Trekking (from... More

This is my first trip to a forest reserve. Parambikulam, is a forest reserve apparently for Tigers , but we missed seeing it during our one night stay. But the place is beautiful, serene and makes you wonder, why would we as human beings want to destroy forests. It has a whole lot of dears and peacocks, bisons, wild pigs... More

I really get excited just by thinking of this place. So pure, fresh, divine, picturesque location I have ever visited. Tree top hut was clean and neat with a great balcony space for birdwatching and relaxing. Food is inclusive of the package which tastes good with veg and non-veg varieties. Guide will be with us throughout the trip including Safari,... More
