If you turn off the road a drive to the tower you can park very close to the tower along the gravel road. As expected the tower is on high cliffs next to the sea with commanding views toward Gela to the south and coastline...More

Very nice, long not crowded beach for morning or evening run. Beside beach, nothing else to do :-( houses are old, streets are messy, no shops no restaurants.

We went their because it was on route to a destination and my friends wanted to see where the Allied's landed. The beach there was filled with people, clean and sandy.

This is the area west of Gela and before Licata, it is isolated if you wish to be car-less (especially off-season in June) but it is a lovely beach and little shops like Judy's and the 3P's Bar really help out.

I like coming to this beach in the summer. You can walk on the sandy beach for miles, some places offer umbrellas and cold drinks along the way. Its a hassle free zone. We usually bring our towels and cooler and spend the whole day.
