From Cervia down to Tagliata a long pine tree area is separating the beach from the resort area. In the north part it has less trees, but souther of Pinarella there are more trees and more shadows for everyone.
I've been there with my family and my kids and we did enjoy the shadow and each play area. Moreover you can also eat a piadina there during lunch and very hot times. The area is also good for jogging or cycling north to south and backward.
Enjoy!

For some years I have been going on a beach holiday in this area and I must say that I always enjoyed it: the area is clean, quiet and well served and is definitely family-friendly. The pine forest is very beautiful and suitable for walking and cycling, and relatively cool compared to the beach. The Pinarella area is a livelier and livelier than Tagliata, with several evening initiatives (markets, exhibitions, etc.) and attractions (playground, minigolf, a small "luna park").

Pine forest kept terrible. Dirty roads and impassable sidewalks due to plant roots ruining the asphalt and risking falling.
Sea full of mucilage and green algae. On three days at sea I could only swim a couple of hours the second morning I arrived.
I'm not coming back.

Really sad pine forest with withered and badly pruned oaks. No care towards greenery and trees. It doesn't tell me anything.

Very very beautiful and relaxing, this deer cut pine forest in Pinarella is suitable for beautiful walks immersed in nature just a few meters from the sea. It can relax your body and mind.

green oasis before the beach, also equipped for those who love training (running or calisthenics). It also has some swings for the little ones.
