Amazing!! Excellent guides, they make you feel really safe and comfortable. We did the Padi Open Water certification, learned every trick needed and also had a great fun dive. They take your pictures :) I feel they put effort on treating you well, my husband was in another boat and at the end they contacted it to come along, I didn’t even asked. Really nice gesture from Fredy

Absolutly the worst operation. The trip to Coiba was miserable, with the boat pounding us terribly. The windshield on the boat announced that there were 'Cheaters on board', very unprofessional, but apparently true. The snorkeling was rushed. The young lady that was traveling with us was made very uncomfortable by being hit on by Eduardo. When she turned him down, he started hitting on another client, who was on the boat with her boyfriend. Would never use them again.

We bought a snorkeling tour, 3 snorkeling sites, lunch on a beautiful beach, a walk around the island and history talk in English. We homeschool our son so take every opportunity to make it educational. When we arrived we realised we had been put together with 2 new scuba students on their very first lessons. We are divers also, but snorkeling because we have a 9 year old son now, who is just getting to enjoy snorkeling. We travelled a long way to come to Coiba and experience its legendary marine life. Combining these two very different tours filled me with dread, that weren't going to get the trip we were paying for. It didn't take long to realise we were indeed playing second fiddle to these scuba students - the first 'snorkel' site perfect for them, but way too deep for us, poor visibility and the dead coral reef devoid of the abundance we were expecting. Very disappointing. This apparently was to be one of the 'two' sites for us. After our snorkel we sat and waited on the beach, and waited, for a further HOUR waiting for the scuba students to finish, getting burnt, bored and bitten by mosquitos. My husband and I were super pissed off, no one likes to feel ripped off, or be abandoned. I talked to the English speaking dive master, who was in attendance of the Spanish speaking scuba students, not us, told him we were not happy. He said the boat would take us a better snorkel site while the scubas were having lunch. We enjoyed this site, saw 7 Turtles, unfortunately my son at this point had been put off by the previous swim. The last Snorkel site was also the dive site, my son opted out again, it was not the shallow coral, pretty fish experience again, we saw a few more turtles but again dissapointed after all the recommendations to go snorkeling around Coiba. I'm actually glad my son opted out of the last Snorkel and stayed on the boat, the current was incredibly strong, it was hard for us to make it to the beach, the boat wasn't around, it was servicing the scuba students with my son on board. Our Spanish only speaking snorkeling buddy was very sweet, we loved him, but he wasn't the boss of this trip, and we didn't learn a lot about the marine life here. The English speaking dive master tried to convince us that these sites were the usual snorkeling sites, but we were not convinced, they were a but rubbish really. Over-all, the life above the water, the warm water white sand beaches, hermit crabs, breaching humpback whales, dolphins, a couple of monkeys and a crocodile were the highlight of the trip, but under the water was really poor. So... snorkeling poor, lunch poor, having to complain about being abandoned on a beach for an hour poor, and haggle for the third promised snorkel... also poor as it made me feel bad, and that my lost his confidence... but the marine life apart from the snorkeling was fabulous.... so I'll give the trip an 'average'👌
