Consecrated in 2010, 'St.Vlasiy' was built and donated by construction magnates Dinevi Brothers on the ruins of an ancient monastery, dating back to the 14th century. It's a must see when visiting this elite resort and stands testament to the master craftsmen's ability to recreate exquisite designs based on historical edifices. Within the locale can be found a statue of Khan Terval who ruled the Bulgarian empire in 800 AD, an amphitheatre and Venid beach.

After a long hot walk from the other end of town via the marina, the church was a welcome break. The external courtyard has seats, and there’s a toilet. The shade really helped. The church is rather grand after its renovation and as usual full of gold, pictures, statues. The locals are very proud of their church.

A lovely colorful orthodox church. Worth visiting because of the beautiful interior design. In Sveti Vlas itself, the most attractive is a hiking tour ended just by visiting old churches. Hike leads through the mountains above the city from where there is a great view. In Sveti Vlas itself, the most attractive part of the city is the marina and cafes, restaurants and of course the beach near the marina.

Had a walk to this church, its small but good to see, not a lot in it, lots of wall paintings a small souvenir shop and a space to light a candle. If you are staying in the area and passing have a look but not worth it if you are not in the area.

Well worth a look + a break from the sun. They have seats outside in the shade + toilets. Hard to miss it as you walk about so easy to find
