FANTASTIC PLACE TO RELAX AND TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH

I recommend this place to those who need medical treatments as well as to those who want to be pampered by a very professional personnel.

our favourite Polish spa!

We were already twice there and was so good that we are planning to go every year to Solec Zdrój. Every time a perfect 10 day stay with treatments in the spa center and one hour of swimming pool. Main attraction - sulphur baths that heal your bones, skin, nerves... The spa centre offers much more - all kind of massages, good restaurant, open air swimming pool etc. Solec is a sleepy tiny city with a very nice park, old spa centre, and at least 3 good 3 star hotels. We stayed opposite the modern spa centre in a wonderful private apartments hotel - Jagoda which we really recommend. It has european standart. There is a lot to visit in the neighbourhood - some castles, old towns, open air museums. But most of all it's a quiet place with the strongest sulphur water in Europe! We feel like new born after every stay there. It's cheap and not crowded - still not discovered! A hidden gem.
