We booked the 3hr tour with bonfire. We experience was amazing and would definitely recommend. The day we went it was snowing the entire time, which made it very hard to see because we couldn’t put the visor down or it would freeze. The snow was beautiful but it made it a little difficult for us to see.
We were a family of four with a teenager and 9 year old. We all had a great time!! Would recommend 100%. *they do go a little fast at times but they are always watching out for people that are slower, so we always felt safe.

My (adult) son and I had the 2 hour snowmobile blast around the fields forests and mountaintops and it was the most fun we have had in a long time. Great guides and explanation of how to handle the machine. A really exilarating morning, perfect conditions, will definitely be coming back

We loved everything about it! Our guides, Leszek and Kuba made sure that we had lots of fun and an enjoyable and safe experience. The scenery was spectacular and we loved the bonfire after riding the quads for a while. We definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for something different and likes a bit of adrenaline 😉 we’ll be back for sure!

We've booked and paid for snowmobile but due to weather conditions our booking was cancelled; they didnt even inform us. We drove 45mins to get there and when we arrived they told us that our booking was cancelled. The behaviour of the two men working there was really bad and disrespectful. The guide though was very helpful and kind. We have been told that we will get refunded. I sent them 4 emails and i didnt get a reply, i called them 3 times and they said "yes dont worry you will get your refund". The second time i called ive been told that the lady from the accounting department was 2 weeks sick and she will proceed with our refund. Its been more than a month now and still nothing. We paid almost 200euros, they are not replying to our emails and we didnt get refunded which is ridiculous.

So I booked in October 2021 when the valentine's packages weren't out yet. We booked for 3 hrs tour and by a chat on Whatsapp they told me it was the first booking and the transfer from hotel to place will be free. When we arrived on 14/2/22 he told me I have to pay 150pln for the transfer. Then he told me I need balaclava I told him it was with the package and he said no then I showed him the message and send gave me used one. Then the cherry on the cake was Oscar so rude and arrogant

To avoid this kind of dissapointment in the future we change our policy for booking proces. We accept only online or face to face in our office reservations. As we want to be sure that all information are present in a proper way.

We booked to do the snow mobiles night trip on 3rd feb 2023, but they called us and cancelled just one hour before due to a snowstorm. We totally understood and came to the agreement of a refund as we were flying home the next day and was unable to attend another day... however, we're still awaiting this refund nearly two months later and every time we call we get nowhere. I feel as though we have totally been ripped off as this was one of the more expensive packages. Definitely won't recommend!

This is really a must try when visiting Zakopane. My husband and I had so much fun with the guided snowmobile ride. We did the 2hr option. We took a bit of a tumble at first but it was okay and the tour guide was so quick to help us. We just needed to balance the weight properly especially in navigating some tricky turns.It was all smooth sailing after. The scenery was beautiful and it was a very exciting adventure.

Excellent fun in the dark on the snowmobiles, following a line of bikes through woodland and open snow covered fields was an excellent adventure to do whilst staying in the area. Finished off by a lovely barbecue in beautiful log cabin sampling some local Polish cuisine and a very nice and hot mountain tea. Our guides Michael and Lucas were excellent and looked after everyone very well indeed. Even sorting us a taxi ride back to our apartment. Thanks for an excellent adventure!

I can't stress enough how much you shouldn't book a trip with these cowboys.
I booked a snowmobiling trip with them a few weeks in advance and paid a £60 deposit. However, when the day came we turned up and they were closed. I called them and they said that it had been cancelled due to the lack of snow (it was a very warm week for us sadly).
I was annoyed as we had made the trip over and nobody had told us in advance - they had my number, my hotel's number and my email address. Another company cancelled a different trip and they let us know in advance.
I told them I would like my deposit back - as it states on their website - and they said they would give it back. Well guess what? They didn't. I called and they didn't answer and I left them several emails with Paypal receipts asking for the money back and they completely ignored me.
You aren't covered by Paypal either for services not received. In the end my bank was good enough to open a fraud case for me and they worked with Paypal and eventually refunded me the money. It took 2 months to get it back.
How very disappointing.

We booked a snowmobile tour several months in advance and paid a deposit via PayPal (50 Euro). The problems started when I was trying to book the tour, and I should have realized Snowdoo was a poor company back then. I sent a request through their website to make a reservation. There was no response for about a week. I sent another request, through the e-mail address on the contact page. Three or four days later I received an e-mail, asking me to send the request to yet another e-mail address. It took about three weeks to make a successful booking/reservation for a snowmobile tour with Snowdoo.
Two days before our scheduled tour, they e-mailed me to say that there was not enough snow in Zakopane, but we could have an ATV tour instead. We agreed to take the tour on the ATV bikes.
The morning of the tour, we were a little lost and called to tell Snowdoo that we were running late. They did not answer the phone, twice. Finally, we got a hold of a woman at Snowdoo and she told us that the tour was cancelled. She offered absolutely no reason for the sudden cancelation.
She also said that she had tried to call and e-mail us several times. We never received an e-mail, and we were connected to the Internet every single day of our trip in Poland. Snowdoo never had a problem e-mailing us to collect the PayPal deposit or ask us if we were interested in ATVs instead of snowmobiles.
I just read the review here from the woman who said she had a hard time getting her deposit back from Snowdoo. We just returned home today, and the woman said it would take 7 days for the payment to be refunded through PayPal, so I have my fingers crossed that we get our money back.
Don't trust Snowdoo to meet your expectations of a great winter snow adventure in Zakopane.
