About
Enter the Imaginarium is part escape room, part immersive adventure and completely unlike anything you’ve ever encountered before. The Imaginarium is not meant to be frightening, but some may find it disorienting, as its rooms are highly sensory based and intentionally deceptive. Recommended for adults through age 12.

This adventure was a gift for my teenage son. He had been to several escape rooms and said this was by far his favorite. We loved how our 'host' was in character and that the experience began as soon as we entered. We were impressed with the attention to detail and thought the clues were creative and challenging. We highly recommend Enter the Imaginarium!

This is located in the same general area as Target and the Ice Rink in Harmar. The experience starts as soon as you arrive. You have 10 seconds to find something in the entry way before you can enter the next room. The "host" is in character for the entire intro and conclusion (which can be a little odd/creepy if you are easily scared). I have done the Escape the Room in Southside and escaped or almost escaped every time. Our group didn't even come close to escaping this room. This "set" is very intricate and interesting and there are multiple rooms involved. We had 4 tweens/teens with us so we were very loud and we didn't always hear things unlock or open. Tip: Try to really listen when you pull/push/unlock things so you don't miss out on clues. This location has two different "experiences". We did the Illusion/Magic experience and it was really fun. If you want to be challenged....do this! If your group gets frustrated easily, this might not be as fun for you. We will definitely return!!

I've done twelve escape rooms so far - some might call me obsessed - so I like to think I know a thing or two.
This game challenged my preconceptions of escape games and was actually quite difficult to complete!
From the moment you approach the building the game has started. I won't give anything away - it's that good and I don't want to spoil it - but just know that this place offered some games and puzzles I've never seen in any other escape experience. The level of inventiveness is matched only by the art direction. This is a truly immersive experience with purpose-built set pieces and some amazing puzzle mechanisms.
Be careful bringing any escape game virgins here; they'll leave either confused by the intricate puzzles or so in love with escape games that they'll be disappointed with the strip mall versions they'll seek out to feed their addiction.

So the place was very impressive looking and immersive. However, during the game a very critical gadget would not work, we could hear the the electric relay trying to switch on but it wouldn't. We asked the game master for help repeatedly and got no response. They finally made it work once we left the area, and it was something we needed to hear so we asked for them to play it again and got no response. Eventually the game master just told us the answer rudely. Please keep in mind this was one of SEVERAL gadgets that did not work which cost us A LOT of time. Of course we did not escape the room as we were basically robbed of 20 or more minutes.

We went with a group of friends, all in our 30’s. Almost all of us have gone to other escape rooms in the past so we are experienced. From the beginning, the people were in character. It was interesting but the rules were not explained well and it caused confusion from the start. There was one point that none of us knew what to do next and that just wasn’t fun. We got through to the other rooms, but felt it was chaotic and we didn’t realize that we had to go back to the first room to put a clue together from the last room (nothing like that was explained) The one thing that held us back was something we had to listen to, for a clue, and it was so muffled that we played it at least a dozen times, and we still couldn’t understand it. The guy had to tell us over the speaker. I think that needs to be changed! We did have fun but I don’t think I would try the other room there. This place is for the very experienced only. Compared to other escape rooms this one is extremely challenging.

Enter the Imaginarium is a next generation escape room concept. The puzzles are challenging, the sets are exceptional, and the soundscape immersive. From start to finish the experience is impressive. My group had a ton of fun as we worked together - and sometimes separately - to battle the puzzles in each room. I also appreciated the misdirections we encountered. Both times we worked with other people and it was fun to meet them and work together! I will definitely recommend this to all my friends. Thanks, Order of the Imaginarium!

By far the best of the four escape rooms we have experienced. Immersive from the very beginning. Loads of fun. Also the first time we did not escape. We were close. But the rooms are very detailed and the clues well thought out and numerous. We were a group of four in a room with a 10 person max and four person minimum. With four people,it was difficult to cover the rooms/clues. I think it would have been a better experience with more people. Still loved it though. I'm sure we'll be back to try more rooms.

An escape room place. It was awesome. A lot of thought went onto these rooms. Each challenge is a multi room challenge. The challenge we choice had 5 rooms for it. A lot of thought a preparations go into these rooms. By far the best I have ever been to and i have been to alot. My advice when you go online to book, book a room with people who have already booked. They advised 4 people minimum, and they are right.

My family of four visited this escape room for the second time just last weekend. My kids are teenagers and they love this place. If you like attention to detail, intricate and almost OCD puzzles, deep immersion in the time and in steampunk, this is your place. It's not one of those cute escapes that anybody can make it out of. This one is tough. I strongly recommend having five or more people in your party because the clues are really detailed and it takes a lot of time to figure them out. But I can't wait to return. There are three escape room themes and we haven't tried the third!

I'm in the business...and this experience was mind blowing. Professional quality sets, immersive environment, staff in character for the entire experience, challenging, but achievable puzzles. Nice job.
