In a word, great. It started with rebooking the visit date and time, which I had apparently entered incorrectly online. No problem at all to update this so that we started the descent within 20 minutes with a very nice Dutch-speaking guide named Laurant. We were shown around in an interesting, knowledgeable manner, with clear explanations and enthusiasm. He clearly enjoyed giving us all the details. He also kept a constant eye on safety. Simply wonderful. 10 out of 10. what a party to experience

We visited the cave on Sunday and works only with reservation, turned out we were the only one who booked for 11 am tour, so we had a private guide, Laurent. He is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we learned a lot from our visit. The cave may be small but its beautiful and you don't have to move rapidly, all of the staff that we met are very friendly and gavv us tips how we can enjoy the area around Comblain. I was confused between Hotton cave and Comblain cave, but I am very happy to be here. Please, if you happen to be in the area, include this cave in your itinerary and I am sure you will enjoy your visit here. Bedankt Laurent.

Absolutely amazing! These caves are not only visually stunning but the explanations provided were also exceptional. A visit here is an absolute must!

Laurent is undoubtedly the guide of the year. I have never encountered a guide so knowledgeable and engaging. I could have listened to him for decades.!

The guide's explanations were very clear and understandable for just about anyone, there is no need for close reading required. The tour is interactive and suitable for the whole family. The explanation of the creation of caves with models is also an excellent idea.
I would like to make a special mention to the guide who gave me the tour who was incredible, she answered all my questions and was really invested in her work

We went to there for 16:00 tour in Sunday.
they have English speaking tour guide. Alex was wonderful. He speak both French and English. The details were well enough.
The cave was very interesting, the adventure getting more interesting and impressive with lightening.
Don't forget to take something to keep you warm because the cave is around 10 centigrade degree.

I visited this cave this summer with my children (of 3 and 4,5). This cave is beautiful. The guides are very nice and friendly. I enjoyed a lot the way the tour was presented, how the guide talked about nature. An advantage in this cave is also that the groups can be very small and this is really enjoyable.

A smaller cave and less commercial than others we have visited in the past. We opted for this one in stead of the larger one in the area and were glad we did. Our tour guide Laurent was entertaining and very knowledgeable. The cave is well maintained and we even saw some bats. We learned a lot, and some things were even better explained than when I was in high school. Definitely recommend.

Not one of the touristy caves, not well known, but wow! First of all: they sell great local beer, which ofcourse isn't the most important thing when visiting a cave, but it was a nice plus...

The tour started with a great explanation of how caves are formed, we've seen a lot of caves but none of the previous visits were as informative as this one. And so creative: the guide had built some 'boxes' that illustrated the different phases of formation.

You then get a helmet for protection and go deep underground, lots of stairs but also lots of information, time to ask questions that get really good, elaborate answers.
A great visit!
