Oh che bel castello!

Il castello sorge nel centro di Massino Visconti in posizione panoramica. Tenuto bene, non è visitabile in quanto proprietà privata, ospita eventi. L'edificio è composto da un corpo unico quadrilatero e da una sola torre rimasta dalle quattro originali. La struttura si alza su tre piani. Merita una sosta anche solo per fare delle foto.

Borgo antico piacevole

Siamo stati a Massino Visconti in occasione di una manifestazione del Fai. Piccolo borgo medievale con il castello, alcune chiese ed edifici antichi ben tenuti. I volontari del Fai ti accompagnavano nella visita. Rievocazione di mestieri antichi e della vita nel medioevo. Punto ristoro. Il borgo dispone anche di un bel parchetto per i bambini, campo da calcio e basket.

Il castello Visconteo

Il castello si trova nel borgo medievale di Vogogna molto caratteristico e ben tenuto oggi sede di eventi e di manifestazioni. Ho visitato il castello mediante una gita organizzata sono riuscita a salire fino alla torre da cui si vede un bel panorama del borgo medievale. Il castello non è arredato comunque ha il suo fascino. E' attorniato da un bel giardino dove nella bella stagione organizzano concerti.

Peccato.

Per alcuni anni la locale Proloco ha dato risalto a questo luogo con manifestazioni nel parco e in alcune sale del castello. Purtroppo al momento risulta pignorato dal tribunale e non più accessibile. Veramente un peccato.

Che vista!!!!

Il complesso del castello comprende una robusta torre e una fortificazione che nel tempo si trasformò in residenza padronale ancora oggi proprietà della famiglia Visconti di San Vito. Il bello del luogo e il panorama che da lì si gode verso il lago: difficile usare le parole per esprimere le emozioni che la bellezza del posto ti suscita. In occasione della giornata Fai c'era anche nel castello una mostra di giocattoli antichi veramente interessante e nel cortile si poteva assistere allo spettacolo dei falconieri e ai giochi con le spade

Peccato sia chiuso, in vendita e non visitabile

Questo castello appartiene ad un ramo meno nobile dei Visconti di Milano.
E' uno dei simboli del paese.
Esternamente si presente abbastanza bene, si vede però che da anni è in abbandono e disabitato. Un balcone interno è completamente invaso dai rampicanti e la relativa porta di accesso è completamente coperta.
Non è visitabile. E' una proprietà privata.
Saltuariamente il cortile a nord vien aperto per le iniziative organizzate da associazioni locali, pro loco, Fai giovani, ecc.

Purtroppo in mani private,che lo stato ltaliano al posto di mantenerlo anche come attrazione turistica,l'ha venduto a un comune privato,lo trovo vergognoso !

Come detto in altre recensioni non è indicato bene, ma è facilmente riconoscibile.
È un castello, vicino ad una chiesa ma non è la chiesa! Ho allegato un paio di foto.
È tenuto bene, se siete di passaggio consiglio una visita, anche solo per una foto.

Путешествуя с друзьями, заехали посмотреть этот замок, который на фотках этого сайта смотрелся очень даже неплохо. Но на поверку оказалось, что это и не замок вовсе, а какая-то церковь, притом не очень-то и презентабельного вида. Таких в Италии хоть пруд пруди. Потом выяснили, что замков с названием Castello Visconteo на озере Маджоре минимум два, один из них со стороны Швейцарии в Локарно. Видимо люди по ошибке описывали тот замок на странице этого. А здесь смотреть нечего. Троечку ставлю за общее развитие.

Скорее церковь, чем замок

С трудом нашли этот замок. Он скорее является церковью (была закрыта), чем замком. Подъехав, долго не мог поверить, что это именно то место, которое мы искали. Но адрес точно соответствовал тому, что я нашел в Трипэдвайзоре. Строение зажато между соседними домами и никакого впечатления не произвело. Можно и не ездить.
