One of the largest sherry producers in Sanlucar also boasts one of the best visitors centres you could hope to find. Tours are conducted regularly for anyone interested in the world of sherry – in fact even if you aren't that interested I guarantee you'll...More

Hats off to the lovely ladies from Barbadillo who managed to squeeze a tour in for us though there weren’t enough of us and we didn’t have a reservation. The tour itself was really informative and the tasting included was worth the ten euro ticket...More

The visit to the Bodega was informative and interesting. Everything about growing, harvesting and curating wines was covered in detail. The visitor center offered a nice view of the whole process. It was an impressive look at wines in the making with more technical information...More

Tour of the premises, and the mighty bodegas, including a helpful explanation for the difference between the wines of Sanlucar and those of nearby Jerez, followed up by a nice opportunity for empirical testing. Shop seems to offer a discount for those on the tour.

Good tour explaining the making of the famous Manzanilla and other types of sherry. Cathedral cellar is impressive. Tasting (4 wines/sherrys) could have been in such a nice cellar as opposed to the tasting bar at the entrance.

The tour was completed, but the staff did gave us a tasting, enough for us to buy a bottle of a good manzanilla, which we enjoyed with other people in our hotel.
