Lindsey and his family were such a delight. From touring the market in the morning answering all of our questions to leading us in the preparation of six local dishes the whole experience was amazing. We can’t recommend this class enough!

Classes are held every day...you don't need to make a reservation, just show up at the meeting spot (in front of the bank near the market). I believe the class was from 9:00 - 14:00. Enjoy! What a great experience!
