The wine here is not good. Some reviews recommend the rose, but we all thought it was not good. The food here also not good. However, the views are great and its an amusing experience...!

Great place to bike, tasting is very affordable and the Rosé was chilled to perfection. Would recommend going with friends in the late afternoon and staying for sunset.

The location is very convenient and has a noticeable sign board on the road to turn (which is rare in Myanmar). We went to this place in a tuk as we were on a tight schedule to get back to the hotel. The food was...More

A nice place to finish your day with a glass of Chardonnay looking at the sunset but really nothing special that couldn’t be missed...

Beautiful location, went there half expecting someone to come and greet us and show us around, walked around lost for a bit, was directed towards the tasting and that was it. Nice spot for a quiet afternoon

Been there in and out the last 15 years. And seen it going down since then. The place is not well taken care of. The restaurant is dirty... only good part is the beautiful view as food service and wine is just awful. Wine was...More

Many tourists make a point of coming to this winery but the owners and management really need to improve the service on offer! Yes the views are amazing and yes the setting is splendid. However that's where the positive points end. We were hugely disappointed...More

The view and the whole place are beautiful. It is definitely worth a visit. The wine is quite awful. Nevertheless you shoud go for the wine tasting as it is cheap and an "experience".

The view is great, the wine was OK. Not as good as I know from Germany, but not as bad as many reviews told us. The service was very slow, all in all a nice place for sunset

As many have mentioned- views great, food and service was so so. Very easy to find and a pleasant 25min cycle from Nyaungshwe. But it’s a vineyard so onto the wine! I tried the Sauvignon Blanc and the Rosé. Both were perfectly drinkable, the former...More

Not quite sure, but someone told me it closes right after sunset. I went during the day.

It's well signposted off the road. But care needed to ensure you don't miss the sign, especially if you have been wine tasting at Red Mountain beforehand. :-)

1. Booking in advance is not really necessary. 2. I do not know how much it would cost to take a cab. My random estimate is it could not be more than Kyats 5,000 (less than US$ 5) from downtown Nayung Shwe (Yawnghwe... More
